I've noticed that quite a few members, my self included have mentioned that their cars that were converted to mass air have a problem with running to lean and or failing emissions testing. Mine does both. I installed the MAF kit on the stock engine and had a lean condition right away and had problems overheating. Same problems existed on the 342 but magnified.
So here is a survey to see if we have something in common that might cause the lean condition. And together, maybe we can figure it out.
If your car was running correctly after the conversion please take the survey too, and state that your car ran fine.

What EEC are you using? A9L, X3Z?

You didn't mention whether you had a custom chip burned for your EEC.

This is a must for your type of mods. If not, then you will surely have problems! :eek:
