I'm suprised No Texas cities were on the list, was living in San Antonio and had 2 cars stolen from me (1of them 6 times within the span of less than 1 year) and my father had a car stolen from him in the year of 1992. (1983 Hurst-Olds,1984 Eldorado Biarritz, and 1990 Mercury Cougar XR-7, respectively) No matter how much anti-theft protection you put on a car, they're gonna get it anyways, if they want it bad enough.
I put $2500 worth of anti-theft equipment,(INCLUDING starter-kill,Column collar lock& Lo-jack w/ supplemental Viper alarm, BI--H still got stole!) Just lock your cars up and don't leave the keys in the ignition, it's always been the best protection, that simple.
