I've got for some reason a bad rake to the car. Its about twice as high in the front as I'd like it. the rear is just about where I want it.

I've got the rear dial cranked to the lowest setting and the front in the middle.

is there anyway to reset the height?

no its not sensor lowered, none of the stock sensors have been touched. and yes I've tried on a level surface.

BTW I have a yellow light on the Module VIII if that means anything.

I have no lights on my Module VIII at all. Are you sure you adjusted the rear the right way? I am pretty sure you turn it opposite of the main dial. That is I think you turn it clock-wise to raise the rear with the fine tune adjust.

Is this an after market device? or do all the mark 8's have a adjustment dial?

yes aftermarket, there are many ways of fooling your suspension sys to raise, lower your car (as long as you have air ride) search for module 8, rays switch, and sensor lowering

Here's the site for the Module VIII:

http://www.module8.net/

You'll find Ray's switch and other options in a search or two.
