That doesn't look like a normal LSE body kit. The front bumper hangs down a lot lower below the fog lights and grill.

The bumper is sitting upside down. It is the correct LSE kit.

I think the 06 bumper is the best looking one, I wouldn't mess with it. But if you want a lip then you probably need to replace your bumper with an 03-05 bumper first.
