Hello this is my very first post:)

Alright now to my problem I have a 98 Continental, my rear wheels are going inward ( / \ like this ) and the inside tread on the tires is worn down and smooth as a baby butt. My air bags work fine, I took it to NTB they say I need a rear alignment (which I never heard of) but before I can get one they need to replace :Front & Rear Sway bars, Inner tire Rods, Struts, & Ball joints. I honestly don't believe I need to replace all those things so I made a appointment at the dealership this Tuesday. So my question is would any of yall know what the problem is with my rear wheels?

The crazy thing is I just spent $3,400 on some new wheels & tires that coming next week and I won't be able to put them on.:(

:welcome:

You have an independent rear suspension - it requires alignment like the front.

If your ride height IS correct, then it is obviously in desperate need of a 4 wheel alignment.

/---\ live axle FTW! |---| :woowoo2: :p

I'd get a second opinion on the suspension/steering parts in question before replacing. I'm not sure how both of your swaybars could be 'bad' - maybe the endlinks if high mileage/hard use.
How many miles on the car?

I just hit 85,000 miles, well I brought my car to the dealership they said all ball joints, tie rods, sway bars all need to be replace. That's was my fourth opinion and they quoted me $2,700 to do it all :(
