does anyone know where to find the production date for a 2003 ls??? i was checkin the service bullitens on my car and they have a recall on the tranny from a certain production dates.. thanx

It should be on a sticker on your driver's door frame

theres the website with all the service bulletins on a 2003 ls.. my warranty is up though. do u think if i bring my car in the would check the tranny under warranty since mines shifts ugly n harsh

no... a TSB is only an advisory statement; helps mechanics to diagnose problems. There is no implied warrenty coverage.

is it a recall or a bulletin? there is a difference. if it is only a bulletin, then it will not be covered because of the warranty being up. if it is a recall, then it will be covered
