Shorty, if you don't have holes on your bumper then don't make em. That bracket just snaps on the bumper grill and holds tight. If you wanna keep your car without front plate that's a great idea, whenever you get a ticket you can snap it on, have the ticket signed off and then take it off again and still have no holes on the bumper.

But if you wanna put it on, drill 2 holes on the bumper, put 2 bolts through the 2 holes on the bracked (the 2 deep ones), then put your plate and screw it up with 2 top screws.
