Hey everyone!! Even though my LS has unlock/alarm system (stock). I would like to install a autostarter on it as well. Does anyone have any other type of alarm or starter on their auto and would like to give some advice? I have recently can into possesion of a Bulldog Security Deluxe 500 model autounlock/alarm/starter. Has anyone heard/used/recommend this starter? But I'm not so sure on having that one installed.

I have a Viper 560Xv installed in my Mark VIII. It is an alarm, and it is a remote start. If you have any kind of install skillz you can install it yourself and save BIG money on it. Installed it is a $350+ alarm, but you can get it on the net for under $200 shipped. The ONLY bad thing is if you do not have it installed at a Viper dealer you do not get the warranty that Directed Electronics offers thru their alarm lines.
