With the Florida summer heat finally here the LS started to drive like a dog. I removed the snorkel thing off the front of the intake and it seems to drive better. I wouldnt say its quicker or anything, but it seems to breathe easier and a little better throttle response. It is alot louder and under WOT its substantially louder, but for now its working for me. I have a drop in K&N panel filter which might make a difference in performance and sound also. Anyway, if anyone feels with the heat your car is lagging a bit then try it out. Its free and completely reversible. Anyone else have the stock setup with this snorkel removed?
