it says misfire on cylinder 2 where is cylinder two and would that be spark plug or coil? if it was coil wouldnt it give a coil code or would it give a misfire code

right - a mis-fire could be anything - spark, coil, ...etc - you will not ever know until you get in there (most likely a coil).

the issue could be - the often the mis-fire is reported on a different cylinder - so do not be surprised that it's actually coil #4 instead.

so it could be cylinder 4 even thou it reads cylinder two? can someone give me a layout of what cylinder is what
