It's a Southern car, other than that it's not rare at all.

Nothing! The Black 98 Mark VIII is the most common of all 98 Mark VIIIs with over 23% of production.

I too laugh at some of the wording in these adds. People don't know there cars or are just turning them for a buck!!

Id say the fact that it has actually been taken care of makes it rare... most marks on ebay are beat.
