When I hit my remote to unlock the doors my lights flash but my headlights stay on. Once I stick the key in they sometimes go off & sometimes they dont. When I turn the car off, jump out & hit the lock button, my lights stay on. Then I have to jump back in, turn the ignition then they go off. All this while the headlight switch is in the off position. I've replaced the headlight switch but I still have this problem.
Does anyone know what is going on?

just a guess here but you may have a relay on its way out
