Has anyone removed the side molding on their LS? Looking for a pic, and tip on if it's easy or not. I've done it on a different car without much hassle.

I think there is a thread about this. I started to peel mine off but stoped, cause there is some holes behind it that you would need to figure out what to do with. It's just fastened with glue tho.

That does look cool. But I think if you ever got a door ding, it would really show.

Yea, but if you would cover up the holes, I think that channel would look kinda cool.

The door dings and PITA aspect make this a mod worth skipping for me lol

IMO color can make it go both ways.

I like either way but they are there for a purpose that I like.

Looks pretty clean without the moulding. It does come in handy though in tight parking spaces.

The molding didn't protect me today from some inconsiderate fellow in the parking lot who gave me a BIG deep door ding :slam

Yeah somehow I got swiped on the right front, just paint scratches but still. I always make fun of my cousin for parking in the farthest spot possible, but hey, hes got no scratches....
