Hi all. Been reading and learning for a while, but this is my first post. My question is, how do I determine which is the positive and which is the negative speaker wire on my 2000 LS? I am replacing my factory speakers with Boston Acoustic SL80's and the factory speaker terminal won't fit. It is the standard 4 speaker set up.

it would be best for you to get speaker harnesses from your local audio shop, incase you want to put your stock speakers back in place, if not here are the wire colors for your 00 LS hope this helps you

LF Speaker (+) ORANGE/GREEN
LF Speaker (-) BLUE/WHITE
RF Speaker (+) TAN/GREEN
RF Speaker (-) GREEN/ORANGE
LR Speaker (+) GRAY/BLUE
LR Speaker (-) BROWN/YELLOW
RR Speaker (+) BLACK/VIOLET
RR Speaker (-) ORANGE/VIOLET
