I heard from a couple people that a SHO trans will fit in a conti. Has anyone have any info on this or know anybody who has done this. Also if it fits is their anything that needs to be changed?

You mean the MTX 5-speed or the AX4N auto?

I'm lookin for the auto, but they have the same model numbers. I want to get my conti up around 400 horse. Money isnt the issue, I can't find a trans that will hold up. I have a 2002 conti. Iv'e searched my lil heart out and I can't find anyone that makes a upgrade kit or who can build me one. I called jasper and they said their rebuild only meet ford's specs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd recommend you go to a couple SHO forums, and ask them who they know that can build the SHO trannies to take some abuse. I'm willing to bet they might be able to point you in the right direction... sory I can't be of more help.
