1: When I'm in park it doesn't show that I'm in park between the tac and odometer. Why is it doing this?

2: My electric steering column doesn’t always work. Is there some easy way I could fix this?

Not sure about 1 but your electric steering column probably needs a new motor and it's not that easy of a fix. A temp fix is gently pressing up on the steering wheel while moving it up or down, for some reason this works almost 100% of the time.

DTR sensor is bad.
