How do I get them off? Just pry till it pops off? My front left is going bad, and looking into a new set of alpines.

you have to remove the door panel, youll want to remove the screws, there is one on the outter door on the side, youll have to remove the panel where the door handle is on the inside a black trim piece and remove the screw behind it and look inside the little pocket of the arm rest n pull the plastic cover up and remove 2 screws then take off the window controls, i believe their is a screw under their but not sure, also check on the bottom of the door panel and after that it should be all panel tabs that pop off... hope this helps
