Jaysal555 April 22nd, 2007, 11:30 AM Nice! How much were the quiet stops? I'v got my SS lines waiting to be installed along with new pads and fluid cant wait.
owlman April 22nd, 2007, 11:30 AM They look really good! (and I assume they stop nicely)
jrockcentral1 April 22nd, 2007, 11:56 AM looks great!! got any profile pics with the whole car?
Where did you get those rotors from?
Fla02LS April 22nd, 2007, 02:54 PM I'll tell ya what, i really like the color of your car. But that caliper isnt the right color. Its too smurfy. Need to see a whole car picture, but it doesnt seem right.
97stscaddy April 22nd, 2007, 04:22 PM Id have painted the calipers silver. Other than that it looks pretty sweet! How much were the rotors?
tyler1313 April 22nd, 2007, 05:03 PM How is everything because i just got the same setup and brands and i will be putting them on tuesday.
KD00LS April 22nd, 2007, 05:41 PM I'm not feeling the caliper color either, but the setup is pretty nice.
2002OhioLSE April 22nd, 2007, 05:46 PM I think it looks great, but I might have picked another color for the calipers but it is hard to tell from the pictures. The brakes look great with the wheels though. Go Cavs!!
NickLS April 22nd, 2007, 07:55 PM haha.. smurfy... Oh the joys of growing up in the 80-90's.
Hey chris, are those rotors the same size as the stocks?
CHROME THE CALIPERS!! well, maybe not.. But I wonder how that would look.
chriswells78 April 23rd, 2007, 07:35 AM Got the rotors from http://www.trinetmotorsports.com/ $220 shipped from CA to OH.
Same size rotors as stock but they stop great. They made a little grinding noise after I first seasoned them, but it went away.
As for the color, it was the best match I could make in the available colors of high heat paint. I figure it will darken up a little once they get a little brake dust on them. :)
Thanks for the comments.
Quik LS April 23rd, 2007, 08:22 AM They will darken up a shade or two just from the heat.
and you want to stay with a color that you can buy off the shelf - as you'll need to touch them up once in a while.
bufordtpisser April 23rd, 2007, 09:21 AM Why do you have one chrome rim and one green rim. It clashes with the blue.
Don't worry about the others, it looks good and you like it, and that is all that matters.
Kulow April 23rd, 2007, 09:49 AM The green is the reflection of the grass he is parked next to.......
chriswells78 April 23rd, 2007, 10:22 AM Why do you have one chrome rim and one green rim. It clashes with the blue.

bigpappy33 April 23rd, 2007, 10:25 AM Why do you have one chrome rim and one green rim. It clashes with the blue.

NickLS April 23rd, 2007, 11:31 AM Green Rim.. haha.. I thought the same thing for a split second the first time I looked at it.
