I have a 94 Mark VIII. The windows won't roll down when I hit the master switch or the passenger switch but the door lights light up. I've checked the internal door wiring on and it's fine (no corrosion or cross shorts). Any ideas?

The motors won't run. I can't even hear any relays or modules clicking when I hit the switches. When I open the drivers door there is a module that buzzes (maybe a lighting module cause when I take it out the door lights don't work).
