I love it. Now she sounds like a v8.

I have the Typhoon but the 57 Series is supposed to give more HP. I'm thinking of getting this one soon as a backup when I clean the filter.

Yea I think the 57 keeps the air slightly cooler as well.

Does the Typhoon have a metal tube? I presume that and something to do with the length doesn't allow as much horsepower. I have the aircharger (the shorter one pictured with the abs/plastic tube) but have as yet to install it.

i have that one too. it makes a slight whistling sound at first in the lower gears but it seems to get louder and deeper when it's in 3rd-5th when i hit the gas.

sounds good, a nice little upgrade.

also when i'm stopped i feel the engine slightly shaking the car now which i think thats from the intake... or related to it somehow cause it didn't do that with stock air.

..now looking at your pictures i see i forgot to put a clamp on. the middle one. lol.

when i installed mine it was about 34 degrees outside and i was rushing to get it done b/c i was freezing my ass off.. and all this time i was wondering why i had an extra clamp, rofl.

I wonder if you can get just the heat shield?? And put it on the intake/kkm kit that ken sells?

it seems to accelerate alittle easier now and i notested a slight increase in mpg i feel more bottom end then top end

i hated the wine it made when it hit 4-5k.
