well its spring and i am getting ready to tackle the fun job of changing my plugs and coils. And suggestions on the best coil out there now and best plug and where i can get them from. i have done a lot of searching but am wondering if anyone has had better luck with one brand over another. Thanks

From what I've read, stick with Ford coils. JES had GMS working on some better coils, but I haven't heard anything about them recently (there's a thread about it around here somewhere). I haven't dealt with Maxx, but I can recommend Ken (LSKoncepts) and Bill Jenkins (Team Ford), both of whom are also advertisers on/aupporters of LvC.
