i need to ask someone to photoshop something for me.. can anyone do this?

pretty much i'm going to purchase some rims.. i want to see how they would look on my car..

i'm also thinkin about painting them to match my car in a specific area of the rim.. so it would be cutting.. pasting.. and filling..
