Are you asking how much tread is on the tires?
lsondubs April 1st, 2007, 04:42 PM 235/45? 20x what?
235/45/20 yes
lsondubs April 1st, 2007, 04:45 PM Sorry my email address is
Jkrizek1@yahoo.com
LSVIPDEMON April 1st, 2007, 04:52 PM 20 x what width? I have 245/35/20 and thats the overal diamater's same total. Your tires must streatch a bit I can see a little bit in the pic but not good. Streatching helps lower the car more with wider wheels. Ill dig up a pic somewhere when I have the time. Thats why I wanna know what width wheels.
Are you sure you dont mean 245/35?
LSVIPDEMON April 2nd, 2007, 08:32 AM Here is a pic of that size tire on a 18x10.5
eastcoastLS April 2nd, 2007, 03:11 PM Here is a pic of that size tire on a 18x10.5
that is disgusting
LSVIPDEMON April 3rd, 2007, 01:04 PM No thats tight get around more often, those wheels this dude is selling is whats disgusting.
NYC LS8 April 3rd, 2007, 01:08 PM That looks absolutely retarded. Looks as if that person couldn't afford the etxra rubber.
mharrison April 3rd, 2007, 01:16 PM Reminds me of a dually truck with no tire on the outside wheel....
How in the heck do you mount a tire like that?
Iancusp April 3rd, 2007, 01:21 PM didnt kno u could actually do that
LSVIPDEMON April 3rd, 2007, 01:27 PM cant afford the extra rubber???? Its more expensive to do work like this. Try to find a shop that will stretch tires without costing you extra cash and forget about the gauarntee some cheap ass people on here want, its gone. So dude its way more expensive.
And how the hell does that look llike a truck? it looks like a car i bet if it were a far shot you wouldnt even notice and say hay that cool it helps it sit lower. Get real.
NYC LS8 April 3rd, 2007, 02:06 PM Helluva way to help bang up the bead of the wheel like that too.
I think I'm gonna go put a set of 195/60s on my 17s later on just so I can be cool.
Iancusp April 3rd, 2007, 02:12 PM yea sems like it would be easy to break the seal and even work with
Hooliganscustomrides April 3rd, 2007, 02:29 PM i've seen i done, not real difficult. but i can't imagine the life your gonna get out of the tire, when it is ridin' on the edge of the side wall all the time. Plus the LS has big wheel wells, so unless you were doin' it to 22's it would look like you got acres of space between the tire and fender.
jiggajatt April 3rd, 2007, 03:07 PM it looks nice if u do it the right way and not too much.

Hooliganscustomrides April 3rd, 2007, 03:18 PM Agreed
lsondubs April 3rd, 2007, 05:01 PM No thats tight get around more often, those wheels this dude is selling is whats disgusting.
The wheels I have for sale are disgusting? That pic that you posted looks pretty bad. There is no stretch like that on my tires.
LSVIPDEMON April 3rd, 2007, 05:12 PM It actually only looks nice if its needed more than any. Thats the whole point, if rolling, pulling and such dont cut it enough then stretching may be needed but only for those into the VIP scene anyways no one else gets the concept. And with other adjustments its not that bad at all on the tires life.
As far as the bead, alot of Drift cars that are so low and wide stretch like its the factory thing to do so I doubt the beads that much of a issue and I am positive that the pics of a drifter.
And that pic wasnt even the point, it was about the guys set up. I thought he may have had it wrong and if not I wanted to find out what stretch it put on.
LSONDUBS...Didnt say it was like that but there is stretch.

Not much stretch if any at all

LSVIPDEMON April 3rd, 2007, 09:35 PM vip is coo my brother has a gs like 40% VIP wit curtains and all. i got a ls400 im tryin to go EXE on it.
Now this guy is cool!
LSVIPDEMON April 3rd, 2007, 09:49 PM Oh that second pics bull :q:q:q:q. The tire has no tred when you are doing such a small stretch like that you can tell by the tred that its stretched...look at the first pic there is tred on the tire and between the tred and side wall is space that curves. Also look at the gap between your tire and wheel on the balled pic. See it, thats cause its stretched. Like you said not much stretch but dont doubt yourself and cover it by saying if not much at all. And I dont know but in the first pic unless its just me that wheel sicks out a bit, might just be me but it sure looks like it.
JiggaJatt, who's VIP styled lex is that? May be VIP but I kinda have a quarter pic....and GS's and LS's not the "lncoln LS" own the VIP scene.
Now this did not need to lead to an argument, all I wanted to know if it was enough stretch on that size tire but I think I will still need 225's for my lowering job as I may had been interested in those tires. I doubt they will help you sell the ugly wheels anyway but I doubt youd sell em separate.
jmz2k5 April 5th, 2007, 09:41 PM are you still selling these? PM if you are. Thanks.
