I Looked Under The Rear Of My Mark 8 And There Is A Metal Box With Rubber Hoses Bolted To The Fuel Tank. Its Real Rusty. Does Anyone
Know What It Is? Any Help Will Be Appreciated.

I wouldn't worry or mess with it. Their are a few things that are on the tank that I wasn't sure of when I first dropped it to replace my fuel pump, one being a sensor that threw codes after I accidentally snapped it in two:rolleyes: .

Hi, It could be your evap canister which is supposed to take the fumes away from the gas tank (hence the hoses) I need a new one for my 97' Continental and haven't had any luck finding one (mine held on with plastic ties).
