So have been going through this on going battle with my ls for some time now.
it's a 2000 v6.
Problem(s): 2 Codes
p0301 - Cylinder 1 misfire detected
p0174 - System too lean (bank 2) - only bank 2 this time (o2 sensor?)

These are the most recent codes. Before I had codes that said banks 1 and 2 were too lean. Changed the pcv valve, all intake gaskets, spark plugs, coils, tps, and v cover gaskets.
Fuel pressure seems to be fine when i test it.
Problem went away for 2 weeks then problem came back.
The problem is that when I am driving after about 20 mins of driving the car starts to studder. When you press on the gas harder the rpms go lower or go max of 2500 and the car starts to slow down. I can turn the car off and back on and it will run fine for a little. (most of the time no more then 5 min then have to restart again). The problem I am having is that it is random. This will happen some days then other the car runs fine. I have taken it to the dealer they said they found no problems and i need to bring the car back when it happens. well it never happens for them.
So does anyone have any idea what I should do or look for next. This only seems to happen when the car is hot. When I first start the car no problems.

Do a search in this forum for "p0174". There are a few threads that mention something about a rubber elbow for the PCV that cause a leak and this code. You said you changed the PCV, but what about those elbows?
