Once in a while when my music goes quiet or I turn the radio off, I notice a whine coming from the CD changer area. I tried swapping or load/unloading disks, even turning off the radio. It doesn't stop until I actually shut the car off. It's not much but it's kind of annoying. I'm not really sure how to reproduce it.

Anyone know what this is?

What are the details of your radio? Do you have THX?

I have THX/Nav. Mine does this, but it is barely noticeable. There is a very faint buzzing after I turn the engine and radio off. It stops when I open the door. My 2003 LS did not do it, but it did not have the Nav system.
