Replacing Stereo?

Hi - I'm looking into purchasing a 2005 LS but need to know if it's possible for me to replace the stereo in it and still maintain NAV functionality. I know the stereo in there is good but I've got one that'll blow it away and I'd like to be able to use it in that car. Has anybody done this?
