The bushings have worn out on my 2000 V8 Lincoln LS (116K miles), I've been told that I need to replace the control arms. I have read that on the newer LS's the control arms have the bushings attached, but on the older LS's the bushings can be replaced.
I would like to get bushings for all 4 wheel assemblies.

Can I get a price & a comment if its worth it to just get the bushings or if I actually need the control arms?

The bushings are not available through ford, if after market sells them you will save a lot of cash. Let me know if you want the pricing on all the arms..2 for each wheel and I will work up a price.
