http://www.blogsmithmedia.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/02/cadillac-logo.jpgCadillac bested Lexus and Acura for first place in customer experience by the New York-based Luxury Institute. Only those earning more than $150,000 per year can take the Luxury Institutes survey, which gages brand tastes of the wealthiest Americans. Among the reasons Cadillac came out on top was the overall dealership experience, looks, and performance. Audi, BMW, Infiniti, Jaguar, Lincoln, Mercedes, and Volvo were also eligible for the award. If you've never heard of the Luxury Institute, you're not alone. We didn't want to take their survey anyway.

Thanks for the tip, CTGentleman!

I have a brand new Cadillac 07 EXT. I was not happy with the service at all. I went in knowing what my financial situation was, :q:q:q:qty credit but make good money, As soon as they pulled my credit treated me like I was deader then a door nail. No return calls or nothing. WHAT THESE IDIOTS DIDN’T KNOW IS I WANTED THAT TRUCK!! So I go back with a cash check. Now we are best friend’s lol. I bought the truck in December didn’t get my Cadillac aftermarket rims until yesterday. I wish they had one less leather sofa in the waiting room and hired a damn finance guy with a pulse.
