can someone please help me I was messing around with my cluster and now my car wont start...... any suggestions??? I believe that I may have tripped the tamper sensor and I might have to get the car re programmed ....am I right?? and if so how much does this surgery run??

Tamper sensor? I've not heard of this before. Could it be possible to unplug your battery for 10-20 minutes to reset it?

Check if your battery is good first.
Do you have a red light blinking on your dashboard (in the middle just under the windshield) then it could be your PATS (alarm) - $200-$300 for a dealership to replace. Once that gets shorted out, the car won't start.
