Got a new grille. OE removal?northstar11 February 23rd, 2007, 11:35 AM I just got a new grille for my 2000 ls. Now im trying to take that old one off. I unbolted the top, but the bottom doesnt want to come out of those clips. Any tricks that I should know? just pull? It seems like the lastic grille would break befor the clips pop loose. I got a brand new grille, but I cant put it on! Take a pair of pliers and squeeze the bottom clips and push them out. The clips have a retainer prong that keeps the bottom locked in.
