Anyone know something good to put on them to make the fog go away? I dont really want to but new headlights.

If it's a 98 and the outside is hazey... you can wet sand them with a very fine grit sand paper, use soapy water and then buff them out with some polishing compound and then some wax. If they aren't that bad then maybe just the compound can be used without the sanding.

What about if its a first gen.? I just got my 95, they are as foggy as they can get I think. Can I do the wet sand on mine?

Oh and another stupid question. Do they make clear corners for Marks?

Just so you know after cleaning the haze off the lenses you will still have problems as it's not the lenses it's the rear backing that has burned off.

I found a guy who will refurbish your lights lenses and reflective backing for $100 per light if you send him you lights.

You are talking about the gen 1, correct? I agree the gen 1 headlights are a lost cause as far as trying to clean them goes due to the inside. I believe the gen 2's are OK on the inside though.

When I was at the Lincoln dealer a sign on the wall said clear foggy headlights, $99.00 which anyone can do wilth some fine sandpaper(if they are bad) or some rubbing compound (if they're not too bad) and some elbow grease.:)
