and your point is??? why would I put VR or ZR tires on those rims? I got those for 350.00 mounted, balanced, road hazard and lifetime balance and rotation. all that for a tire that is rated at 135 MPH which is where the car stops accelerating. I'll save the VR's or ZR's for the Cobra R's that will be going on the car eventually and when I eliminate the speed limiter. If that is your only b!tch about it that's pretty weak man. but thanks for your compliment anyways.

OK well I wasn't aware of your future plans to put Cobra R's on there, that makes sense then to get the cheaper tires for now for the 16's. Good luck with the 96 LSC.

Really, 17 x 7?" I had some 17x7s on my Eldo, bought some 245/45/17 Eagle F1 tires without checking the specs and the tire shop wouldn't mount them. The specs said they need a 7.5" wide wheel (I found a deal on 17 x 7.5" Epics, 4 for $300, cheaper than buying other tires...)

Yea, they told me I would have tire roll or something to that effect. I really haven't noticed. I should be getting new wheels and tires in the next few days. I still haven't decided to swap out and go with the mustang hubs yet. It's just so limited what is available for the marks, it makes it difficult to decide. I will be going with 18's But I haven't decided on 7 1/2 or 8's. So many decisions........... I'm considering the Fosse DF5's, there pretty sharp.

Rich, I didn't know if you were asking me or JC1994. I would like to go, I haven't been to a meet before and it would be cool to hangout with some others who have an appreciation for the mark VIII.

JC1994, are you going to the meet and what are the future plans for your new ride?
