So theres this kid that goes to my school, and I guess he just got his 2002 Celica Gt-S for his b-day.

anyway, he wants to race my mark, I told him that id take it to the track (im not a big street racing guy) and he agreed in the spring.

Keep in mind i am one of mayb 3 or 4 actual v8 guys that drive to school. The rest is just a bunch of panzees with there fart cans and graphics.

So before i start runnin my mouth and everything I want to know if i can win. cause basically i dont awnt to make a full of myself, and i want to prove (mostly to the ricers) that the lincoln is not to be messed with.

And for wahtever reason he keeps on tellin me that he has suspension mods, and im thinkin to myself... ummm ok but thats not gunna help u a lot on a basically stock car?!

Shift Kit
and i got about half the exhaust off, lol the exhaust stops about 2 feet after the cats.

my best time is a 15.1 (without the shift kit)

he hasnt raced at the track yet...

If you can replicate a 15.1, and its his first time at the track, then you should win.

If you have until spring to race hime then I would try and do a few more mods to help out the cause. Then you can make it more embarassing when you beat him:D

I don't know if you will win or not, but I sure hope you smoke his azz!!!

With good driving that Celica is good for about 15.2-15.5. I've never seen one faster, most hover in the 16 second range.

Personally I have beaten 2 GT-S, one had at least a muffler... This was off spray. I think you'll take him, but your results may vary.

Cue Calabrio to tell me I'm full of :q:q:q:q and a Celica will smoke any Mark VIII :rolleyes:

God I hope so... if not you should sell your mark to me!
