My 88LSC wont start just keeps turning and turning now i see a code or what i think it is a code is shows up as E3 32 can anyone tell me if anything what this mean.

I started the car a week ago and moved it and now its just turning and turning. What's your fuel pressure at the rail? How did you confirm vacuum or compression? What are the high and low pressures? How and where did you verify spark? <end serious questions> "Crank No Start" could be a BUNCH of things Man. Let's test and tune. Troubleshooting 101.
