My 88LSC wont start just keeps turning and turning now i see a code or what i think it is a code is shows up as E3 32 can anyone tell me if anything what this mean.

I forgot to add this happened a yr ago and it was the fuel pump had that changed. I started the car a week ago and moved it and now its just turning and turning.

or
your piston rings are completely shot so you're not getting compression or expansion.

How did you confirm vacuum or compression? What are the high and low pressures?
How and where did you verify spark?
