has anybody switched a mark vii,over to the new style cruise control yet?with the servos getting hard to find,updating might be ok.

I've never heard of anyone doing that.. Even if new servos are hard to come by, I'm sure they'd be easy to find at a junkyard. Mark VIIs are common, and 80s 5.0 Mustangs/T-Birds/Cougars probably used the same part.
