Which suspension?

I have to replace my front struts. I am trying to determine which suspension my 2003 has now. It is a V8. I believe it has the sport package because it does not have the rear adjustable headrests. Is there any way to tell between the sport struts / shocks and european suspension without crawling under the car and getting the part number off the struts?

IIRC - your only factory options were base or sport - euros were not OE on any northamerican LSes.

from your picture gallery it looks like you have no chrome on the bumpers and the sport wheels, so i would say you have the sport supsension.

The rear anti-sway bars are the same, sport V6 & V8, according to a Lincoln suspension engineer.

All '03-'05 V8 LSes are sport, all '03-'05 V6's are non-sport. That is with the exception of Canadian and 3 American V6's. All '06 LSes are sport.
