Can anyone please tell me where in the southeastern part of Phoenix to get some good looking desert scenery for photos both with and without the car? I live in Ahwatukee but I'm just not sure where to go without driving all over the friggin place and just happening to bump into a spot. Thanks

Try South Mountain Park, there should be a few opportunities up there, or try out by Canyon Lake. I don't know much more about the southeast valley, other than the fact that it's flat and featureless. If you wanted some other suggestions I could have some......

I would definately like more suggestions. I just moved here in November from RI so the family is into checking out the scenery and whatnot. Plus scenery is generally pretty affordable. LOL Thank you.

Up past the 101 on 17 there is some good places.
