I have had my Aviator in 3 times to replace the factory subwoofer in the last 2 years. The speaker is crackling again and my warranty is almost up. Has anybody else had this problem? I very rarely turn the volume over half way up. I do have the bass turned up but no where near the point where it should damage the speaker. Maybe the replacements are refurbished???
