I just bought the slim oem style spoiler and im about to install it. it mounts w/ the adhesive tape. my question is the spoiler is very flexible and kind of soft. it wont run along with the lines of the trunk without me bending it slightly as i apply it. how close to the edge does the spoiler need to be mounted and has anyone else done this themselves? pics would be a huge help.

Does it look like my spoiler here? if so you need to eyeball it and use a removable marker to make sure its all even. Dont pull the adhesive protector off until its lined up just right. I did mine myself.

I bought a lip style spoiler but it's not quite as big as those. It went on ok. I'll post some pics in a few days. Thanks.
