I wanted to use it as my avatar but was too big, went to resize it and it only resized the pic, don't know how to make it smaller and keep it GIF where it shows the whole scene......oh well!

Thats awesome. You need to resize with Adobe Image Ready which is the flipside of Photoshop since 6.0.
