(HELP) Top Plate for conversion kit

I just bought a conversion kit from Eddie, at SCP and the top plate stud the weld broke. Now for install this kit, what options do I have with this piece?

Find someone with a grinder and a welder or talk to whoever you got it from if it's a manufacturing defect.

Find someone to weld it and get your car on the road or talk to Eddie and wait for the new peice.
