I'm putting it here b/c it's an interesting read, and the Tahoe and Expedition are basically cheap versions of the 'Scade and 'Gator.

Winner: Expedition!

You gotta wonder why GM insists on putting that 3rd row seat which doesn't fold flat, and why they haven't shifted over to a floor shifter?!

It's nice to see Ford win a comparison. I look forward to test driving the new Navigator.

Not only the fold flat seats but that independent suspension is winner. Solid Rear Axles are a thing of the past and the Tahoe's by now showed of had independent rear suspension. I 've been driving a 2003 Expedition and It feels like a car. I take sharp turns at high speeds that I would never do on a Tahoe.

General Motors uses so many cheap interior materials, frail electronics. They only wins by making excellent powerplants.

But Ford has done a lot over the years and their cars have much more quality and value than GM. Better quality yet they still manage to drop thousands from the Expeditions price tag. And the Tahoe is just getting more expensive.

How can the Expedition not be the Winner.?????
