06AtlantaLS December 19th, 2006, 04:31 PM How old is that radio? The XM radios I have were $25 bucks from best buy (with rebate), came w/ antenna and 3 mounts, and are set up to play through the fm radio.
litning December 19th, 2006, 06:07 PM This is about 4 months old. It is NOT setup for FM transmission. It is setup to be hooked up to either a pioneer headunit or through the use of an adapter (which i am also selling) to a factory head unit.
decibels5 December 19th, 2006, 07:25 PM ? I have Sirius, do you think XM is better? Would Like your opinion and why are you ending your subscription?
litning December 19th, 2006, 07:28 PM I have never listened to sirius, so I can't give you a comparison. It's really all in the programming.
As for why I ended it? I have decided not to keep paying the $12.99 a month for radio and my commute is only about 10 minutes a day so I really don't have a need for it.
litning December 20th, 2006, 04:51 PM Bump...
It would be GREAT to sell this tonight...
06AtlantaLS December 21st, 2006, 12:08 AM Both XM and sirius are great. I've just had xm for a few years now and love it. I have it in 3 of my cars and on my back deck at home.
litning December 26th, 2006, 06:12 PM no one is interested?
2001LS8Sport December 27th, 2006, 06:22 AM This will work GREAT if your factory radio has a SAT button! (04 and up) You need his entire kit. It will play through the factory head unit by hitting the SAT button. No FM modulation crap.
litning December 27th, 2006, 06:26 AM works great on my 01 radio also, just hit the media button and dj pops up (which is xm)

Hell's bells, who told you that? My dealer offered it to me at $325 installed!
J3FF January 3rd, 2007, 01:47 AM how hard is it to install it yourself?

My dealer said $500. Maybe I'll shop around. I already have the aftermarket setup from my old car, but that's cheesy since I have it integrated already.
I'll check e-bay too. Thanks.
Calabrio January 3rd, 2007, 09:35 AM Not to hurt your sale, but Sirius is the better service.
Fewer stations, but the stations are better. And they have better sports, and Howard Stern on Sirius too.
I love the Sirius radio.
