There are a few members from England, Japan, Austrialia, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and even one from China. The primary function of chapters is meetings...We talked about an "International" chapter -- but figured - where would you guys meet? Someplace central like India? LOL I figured you guys can Join whichever chapter makes most sense for you. If you travel periodically to Texas, join that chapter if you wish. Totally up to you.
