I know this has been covered before, but I have been away for quite some time so I beg your indulgence. The neon in my 98 is operating intermetently (sp?) now and I am pretty sure it needs a new ballast. Where can I get one, other than through Ford. They want to ass-rape me something fierce for that piece. I appreciate your help.
