today i drove about 1 mile parked left the car on and when i got out i saw smoke on driver side, lifted hood noticed it coming from where you fill the motor with oil. not actually on the cap but down towards where that tube goes. seemd to be comin from under the valve cover but i'm not really sure.
top speed i went was 45 didn't get on it the least bit either a/c was off

car was running fine

any idea?

the filler stem is a typical twist in and does not actually 'seal' - it is normal to see some oil seep out there - if it's a lot then you have some sort of a problem...

It is darn near impossible to pull the tube out - so try to tighten it to see if it's loose.

If you are seeing a 'abnormal' amount of oil come out of there it may be due to too much pressure in the VC - so the next steps would be to look into the PCV tubes make sure all the venting it working

I actual sealed mine up when I did my VC gasket job.
