The law loved to stop and say "Hi" with my GTO's windows tinted. My 18" SSR rims and tires should be here tomorrow (won't be on the car until Mar-Apr). I will look into the Eibach springs, as long as the ride isn't too rough. I'll be picking up the K&N intake, Xcal2 (w custom tune), stainless brake lines(hate these mushy brakes), Magnaflow exhaust when it becomes available early next year, and hopefully retrofitting SAT radio to my stock NAV unit. Am I on the right track? Cool, thanks. Sounds like you are on the right track to me. The Xcal and intake are the 2 biggest performance enhancers. The car handles like its on rails with lowering springs. With 18's I would do a Intrax kit to lower it a bit more to 1.75". strapp December 11th, 2006, 03:00 PM Cool, thanks. The ride quality will be more of a factor in tire profile, not as much in the spring. The Intrax springs ride great. True...245/40's shouldn't be horrible. 02V8Sport December 11th, 2006, 03:25 PM True...245/40's shouldn't be horrible. not bad, I have 255/40's on back with 245/35 in front and the front does jolt a lot more on bumps. | ||||
