Maybe you guys can shine some light on a problem that I'm having with my 88MARK VII... If I tilt the steering with up and then down, if the headlights are on the HEADLAMP OUT light blinks and the wiper come on. If I just turn on the parking lights that light blinks and the wipers again come on. If all of this is not going on the headlamps will NOT come on all other lights do BUT NO HEADLAMPS..... If you guys can help me through this problem then the MARK can go out at night.........:confused: :confused:

I'd say it sounds like a bad ground, or even your munti-function switch is on its way to the crapper.

Check the wiring going through the steering column. Replace the multifunctions swtich also.
