The interior is in very good condition, the paint is in good condition but the miles are a problem. Any opinions on how much it might be worth?

Just go to www.nada.com or www.kbb.com. They will give market values for trade-in, private, and retail sales.

It's www.nadaguides.com . both will work, damn they must have changed it since last i looked.

i see alot of 99'z in the mid to high teens I personally wouldn't pay more than 15k. I'm in the process of getting a 2003 aviator 130k for 20k I like the 2003 & up models but I would get a older model if it's in good condition. just my 2 cents:D good luck

With 145k you shouldn't pay more than about $8,000.00 around here 1999's with 60k for miles go for about 11-12,000.00. Like everyone has said, look it up on www.kbb.com. Look at trade-in value because that's probably what the dealer is in the car for. That way you have some room to haggle. Let us know!
